What We Collect

Priceminder collects only publicly visible product and pricing information on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee (product title, price, sales, rating, stock status and public shop information), in the form presented to any visitor, at an access rate designed not to impair the platform's normal operation.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not bypass technical access controls or anti-bot measures to obtain non-public data;
• We do not collect sellers’ private business data, buyer personal information or platform-internal data;
• We do not send high-frequency requests beyond normal browsing intensity;
• We do not sell, rent or trade the raw data we collect.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use data provided by this service for: spam or unsolicited marketing, harassment, stalking or surveillance of individuals, or discriminatory screening; processing special categories of personal data (such as health, biometrics, or political or religious beliefs); or any purpose that is unlawful in the source’s or your jurisdiction.

Your Obligations

When using data from Priceminder, you agree to:

• Use the data only for legitimate business purposes such as competitive pricing analysis, market research, product selection and brand protection;
• Comply with applicable laws on data collection and use in your jurisdiction;
• Not resell the raw data as a standalone data product;
• Not claim that Priceminder or any e-commerce platform endorses your product or service.

Platform Requests & Cooperation

We respect reasonable requests from source platforms. If a platform or data subject raises an objection to data we provide, we may ask you to delete the relevant records; after assessment, we will also adjust our collection scope and rate accordingly.

Enforcement

If we find use that violates this policy, we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or terminate the relevant account, and take further action under the Terms of Service.
