Does MCP / API cost extra?
No. MCP and API are free on all tiers. Free is naturally limited by your watch quota (you can only query data for your own monitored products).
Is Smart Follow a paid feature?
Smart Follow (self-owned marking, follow-price advice, decision review) is fully available to Free users right now — until December 1, 2026, Free users enjoy the same Smart Follow experience as Pro. After that date it becomes a Pro benefit; users who upgrade before then keep it for good.
How is data collected?
Data comes from Shopee's public product pages and qualified data-service partners, all obtained through compliant technical channels — no cracked APIs, no account theft. We only process publicly accessible product information.
How timely is the data?
Free checks twice a day (morning and afternoon); Pro checks four times a day, spreading runs across morning, afternoon, evening and night. That is 2 to 4 times the cadence of T+1 tools that deliver one report a day. We deliberately avoid the words "real-time" and "second-level" — Shopee's risk controls and browser throttling make such promises impossible to keep, and an honest schedule is worth more than an inflated one.
Is my watched product and self-owned data secure?
Yes. Your watchlist, self-owned marks, and decision records are used solely to deliver the service to you. They follow our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — never sold or shared with third parties, and all transmission is HTTPS-encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I upgrade or get a refund anytime?

How long is data retained?
Price history accumulates continuously. If you stop subscribing, your watch quota reverts to the Free tier — collected history is never deleted.
