TRAE Integration

TRAE is ByteDance's AI IDE with MCP support for extending AI capabilities.

Configuration Steps

1. Open TRAE → Settings → MCP
2. Click + Add → choose Manual / Raw config
3. Paste the following JSON:

4. Save, return to the MCP list, and confirm the status is Connected with tools loaded

Verification

After configuration, try the following in TRAE's AI chat:

• "My watch list"
• "Any new price drop alerts?"

If tools load correctly, the AI will automatically call the corresponding MCP tools.

FAQ

• Tools not showing: Confirm the MCP entry shows Connected and the MCP key is still valid
• 401 Unauthorized: The MCP key is invalid; generate a new one in the panel's MCP center
• Config format error: Make sure you pasted the complete JSON (including the outer mcpServers) with no trailing comma after url
